About the position

Cordance is seeking multiple highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinators to join our dynamic marketing team. We’re hiring for more than one headcount as we scale our efforts across multiple business units. In this role, you’ll support a variety of initiatives including campaign execution, event coordination, content development, and team operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment. They bring strong communication skills, project coordination experience, and a passion for marketing execution. This is a fully remote role; all candidates must be based in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and other channels
  • Support marketing and industry event logistics including pre-event promotion, vendor coordination, internal scheduling, and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and consistent brand representation
  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team by managing project timelines, organizing marketing assets, and maintaining campaign calendars and tracking tools

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role within a marketing team
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, cross-functional projects, and agency or vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Experience working with or managing external marketing agencies
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows
