The position involves the development of marketing and business development strategies, as well as the establishment and maintenance of marketing files, documents, and a photography library. The individual will act as a photographer at company and/or client events and assist with planning these events. Additionally, the role includes maintaining all social media accounts with tailored strategies for each platform, managing property websites, coordinating grand opening events, and preparing email invitations. The candidate will continue brand management, make recommendations for updates, and monitor online reviews while drafting timely responses. Collaboration with Training and Operations on outreach marketing, signage, and flyers is also required. The role involves writing both internal and external communications, including press releases and newsletters, and distributing quarterly newsletters. The candidate will work with Construction and Executives on new builds to provide insights and assist in all aspects of marketing and sales as needed. Responsibilities also include drafting, developing, reviewing, and implementing marketing and sales strategies, making recommendations related to sales and marketing, website development, social media, media campaigns, reputation management, and global sales strategies, along with any other duties as assigned.
