Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members to prepare compelling RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Qualifications).
- Managing and updating content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines in all marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently, and problem-solve creatively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the position.
Nice-to-haves
- 5 or more years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a professional services or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of InDesign, WordPress, and/or video editing software.
