About the position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI. This position plays a key role in implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop, coordinate, and monitor marketing projects across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials and presentations
• Monitor and report on performance metrics for digital and traditional marketing efforts
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with company objectives
• Organize and attend promotional events, job fairs, and networking functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools
• Understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and branding
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
