About the position

Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive campaign performance. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels while ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute promotional events and materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Support brand strategy through content coordination and market research
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding guidelines
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, budgets, and documentation
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and industry trends
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and promotional collateral

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with basic design tools and analytics software is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
