About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with marketing and recruitment stakeholders to drive awareness and generate demand for the Bryan School's undergraduate programs with a focus on online transfer students. This position involves carrying out daily operations of marketing and promotional content and communications to prospective undergraduate student audiences. The general areas of focus include promotional advertising campaigns, email and social media initiatives, as well as various digital and print marketing/recruitment materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling and accurate written content for web, digital and print communications to engage prospective undergraduate Bryan School students and support strategic goals.
  • Proofread and copy edit Bryan School marketing materials.
  • Identify story opportunities that support strategic goals and conduct interviews as needed with faculty, students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Bryan School marketing team and other stakeholders to develop marketing and communications calendar.
  • Help develop and implement paid marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Bryan School marketing team to leverage social media platforms, email marketing tools, and other channels as needed to engage prospective Bryan School students.
  • Create attractive, professional, and brand-compliant promotional materials for print and web to promote undergraduate programs, recruitment events and activities.
  • Design materials as needed for use in paid advertisements, on social media, the web, and in other communications.
  • Identify opportunities to capture and share stories through photo and video; edit photo and video content for social media, web, and other communications.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and produced content by collaborating with the Bryan School marketing team and other campus stakeholders to gather relevant data and create reports on efficacy of marketing efforts.
  • Complete administrative tasks as needed (scheduling meetings, responding to various internal customers, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience.
  • Ability to create content for and report on efficacy of digital marketing, email, web, and social media.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or business.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
