The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator supports Latitude Therapy’s mission by assisting in the execution of brand, marketing, and communication strategies; Primarily focusing on elevating our visibility, this candidate is increasing engagement with families, referral sources, and strengthening our recruitment and community relations. This role reports directly to the Director of HR and Marketing, collaboratively working to ensure projects align with our values, meet compliance standards, and reflect the integrity of the care we provide. Latitude Therapy provides high-quality, compassionate, and individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven organization committed to delivering meaningful care and outcomes for our clients and families. As we grow, we’re looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our brand presence, outreach efforts, and content creation under the guidance of our Director of Marketing.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on campaign planning and execution
  • Create and refine the organization’s brand story, ensuring consistency across all channels, and design accompanying collateral (print, digital, and multimedia) that brings the brand to life.
  • Manage and update website content, blogs, and SEO practices
  • Draft, schedule, and manage social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc.)
  • Assist with the design and distribution of physical and digital flyers, internally and externally
  • Track performance metrics for digital campaigns and social platforms
  • Support event promotion, community outreach, and referral marketing efforts
  • Attend local career fairs and promotional events on behalf of Latitude Therapy
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to HIPAA and organizational guidelines
  • Provide light support for recruiting-focused marketing in coordination with HR
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content creation role preferred
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and current social media platforms
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills
  • Familiarity with website platforms (Wix, WordPress, or similar) is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Interest in healthcare, education, and ABA is a plus
