About the position
As a Marketing Intern at SmartSimple + Foundant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining shared inboxes for all marketing campaigns, updating key contact information in Salesforce, and ensuring data hygiene for effective marketing and sales campaigns. You will also support the execution of webinars and campaigns across different marketing teams, assist with events and partnerships, and manage blog updates in our content management system. Additionally, you will contribute to SEO efforts and assist team members with design requests using tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Maintain shared inboxes for all marketing campaigns, including events, newsletters, and client communications.
- Update key contact information in Salesforce.
- Clean and maintain data hygiene for effective marketing and sales campaigns.
- Support webinar and campaign execution across Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and Client Marketing teams.
- Assist with events and partnerships through client event research, set-up, and outreach.
- Update and publish blogs in the content management system (CMS), Uberflip.
- Support SEO efforts through research, content updates/editing, and technical updates.
- Assist team members with design requests using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Requirements
- Current college student (or recent graduate) in business marketing, communications, or related field.
- A desire and willingness to learn all aspects of an internal Marketing department/strategy.
- Ability to work 15+ hours per week during the school semester (flexible days/times).
- Seeking experience leading to a career in marketing or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
- Some experience or exposure to Marketing/Sales tools such as marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), CMS (Uberflip), social media scheduling tools, Zoom, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO tools, Power BI.
