About the position

The Marketing Manager at Carelon Health will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing member and customer engagement for CarelonRx PBM. This role requires strategic thinking, self-direction, and the ability to coordinate various marketing efforts to align with the overall enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated and targeted B2C marketing strategies and plans to drive customer engagement.
• Serve as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
• Coordinate the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
• Lead the development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
• Provide leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
• Recommend, implement, collect, interpret, and report on status and key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
• Track, analyze, and manage metrics and resources to execute projects within timeframes, budgets, and quality measures.
• Identify 'moments that matter' in member journey and make recommendations for ways to use marketing and communications to alleviate pain points.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
