The Marketing Manager, Innovation Manager will be responsible for helping generate and execute the innovation pipeline across the company's consumer brands. This role will be at the forefront of developing new products, whitespace opportunities, and ensuring quality delivery of new products to market. You will lead all aspects of the product development process, from concept creation and positioning to pricing and commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand purposes and priorities. Additionally, this role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the Brand, Sales Strategy, R&D, and Project Management teams.
