Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall MSP marketing strategy to drive awareness, recruitment, and growth.
  • Own MSP partner recruitment marketing, including outreach campaigns, demand gen programs, and lead acquisition strategies.
  • Plan, promote, and execute field marketing events, including partner recruitment events (live and virtual), industry roadshows and conferences targeting MSPs, technical bootcamps and enablement workshops, and distributor-led recruitment activities.
  • Build co-marketing programs with distribution partners to generate demand and attract new MSPs.
  • Develop MSP-focused content such as recruitment playbooks, event collateral, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Work closely with sales and MSP leadership to align marketing efforts with partner recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing team leverage existing people, process, and infrastructure to attain MSP goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend to maximize partner acquisition ROI.
  • Track, measure, and refine marketing performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or field marketing, preferably in MSP, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of recruiting partners and scaling demand generation programs.
  • Strong event marketing experience, with the ability to plan and execute successful MSP recruitment events.
  • Experience working with distribution partners to drive co-marketing and demand generation.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including email marketing, social, paid media, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
