The Marketing Manager is key to optimizing the effectiveness of the Marketing Department in relationship to MG Properties portfolio. This position will be hybrid requiring 3-days at the office and 2-days remote. The Marketing Manager leverages their understanding of the market landscape to support, guide, and provide feedback on the execution of the integrated marketing programs for each property. In addition, this position reviews and analyzes the performance metrics and reports ROI on marketing campaigns and provides creative solutions for programs not meeting expectations. Self-driven and a critical thinker, the Marketing Manager duties include proactive reporting, adjusting, and analyzing portfolio and asset marketing performance relative to budget and benchmarks/factors; maintaining close relationships with various departments to ensure reporting is holistic; and follow through and adjusting marketing spend based on budget and data in a timely manner. The Marketing Manager should be able to identify regional, national, and market trends.
