Marketing Manager

Diamond Vogel is seeking a versatile and results-oriented Marketing Manager with a passion for customer engagement, campaign execution, and brand development. This full-time role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with business unit leaders and an exceptional in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is not only an excellent communicator and project leader but also experienced in leveraging CRM platforms to drive customer insights, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across all customer-facing channels, including print, digital, email, social media, events, and video.
• Own the day-to-day operations of marketing projects—developing timelines, managing resources, and ensuring delivery deadlines.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance, customer behaviors, and market trends to inform future marketing tactics.
• Maintain and manage content across touchpoints including web, email, social, events, and direct communications.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business development efforts.
• Present campaign strategies and outcomes to senior leaders and provide recommendations for optimization and budget planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, including campaign management and team collaboration.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on results and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Creative mindset with an analytical approach to decision-making.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
