About the position

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that support business objectives, generate high-quality leads, and enhance customer engagement. This role will work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and dealership managers to drive multichannel campaigns and optimize marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing programs with agency partners and dealership managers
  • Develop and manage multichannel campaigns to attract and retain customers
  • Optimize content across customer touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to enhance outreach strategies
  • Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on promotions, branding, and advertising initiatives
  • Oversee website conversion rates and promotional effectiveness
  • Partner with media organizations and advertising agencies to amplify brand awareness

Requirements

  • Five years of professional consumer marketing experience, including a proven track record in campaign execution and brand management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management expertise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce and Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
