As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our go-to-market engine—ensuring the marketing team operates with clarity, efficiency, and scale. You’ll own the systems, processes, and insights that help marketing generate pipeline and revenue impact. This role bridges marketing, sales, and customer success, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.

  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve marketing processes that drive consistency and scale.
  • Own and optimize marketing tech stack (automation, CRM, attribution) to ensure clean data and seamless workflows.
  • Develop reporting and insights that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to align lead management, lifecycle stages, and revenue attribution.
  • Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement scalable solutions across campaigns and programs.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations.
  • Proven track record of accelerating pipeline creation through scalable processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, reporting and analytics, system integrations, campaign operations, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (required); ability to quickly learn and adapt to other systems (bonus if familiar with Paperflite, Mobly, or Common Room).
