As Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role for Akay Bioactives in alignment with our ambitious growth strategy. This role will focus on supporting and improving day-to-day execution of our global marketing initiatives through ensuring smooth operations across our digital platforms (website, CRM, native and paid communications), effectively driving engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate combines digital know-how with project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with a small yet mighty international team to optimize processes, integrate systems, execute campaigns, and analyze performance with a data-driven approach. This role requires strong independent problem-solving skills and a passion for cross-functional and international collaboration, as you will be key contributor to our global marketing efforts.
