About the position

New Western is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, execution, and technology. This is a highly visible and hands-on role where you’ll help shape, launch, and optimize campaigns that power our growth engine. You’ll work across email, paid media, SEO, and website management to ensure our digital marketing ecosystem runs like a well-oiled machine. From troubleshooting issues to optimizing campaign performance, you’ll be the bridge between high-level strategy and flawless day-to-day execution. Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, and organic channels
  • Manage and update website content and structure using WordPress
  • Help implement SEO best practices and run regular site audits
  • Launch and manage A/B tests and support conversion rate optimization efforts
  • Collaborate on the creation of landing pages, forms, and tracking strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to surface actionable insights
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in marketing platforms and implement fixes
  • Assist with audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Contribute to social media planning, scheduling, and performance reporting
  • Partner with design, development, and demand gen teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing technology trends and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role preferred
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels: email, paid media, SEO, social
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Working knowledge of WordPress for publishing blogs, pages, and updates
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio
  • Ability to turn data into insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency with marketing tech platforms (CRMs, ESPs, automation tools)
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and improve processes
