About the position

RevOne Companies is an innovative service and technology provider serving hospitals, physician groups, and patients across the healthcare revenue cycle industry. In addition, RevOne operates a large-scale print and mail facility, offering full-stack, multi-channel communication solutions designed to support healthcare, government, and enterprise clients with compliance, accuracy, and precision. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to enhance our marketing and lead generation efforts. This role will be responsible for driving engagement through CRM tools, assisting with sales enablement activities, executing marketing campaigns, and building our digital presence through consistent and targeted social media content.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM software to build, segment, and manage contact databases.
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, workflows, and follow-up sequences.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead activity, and engagement metrics.
  • Support sales team with lead nurturing, pipeline tracking, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and distribute consistent branded content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Schedule and manage regular website blogs, posts and campaigns to build audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies.
  • Monitor trends and performance analytics to drive SEO and optimize content strategies.
  • Assist sales representatives with collateral prep, client communications, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives with research and coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing support, sales operations, or CRM-based campaign management.
  • Proven, hands-on experience CRM software, with HubSpot being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of campaign marketing best practices, lead nurturing, and contact segmentation.
  • Familiarity with B2B social media marketing (LinkedIn focus preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express) is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a B2B environment, preferably within tech, healthcare, or secure data industries.
  • Basic design or content creation experience.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and performance reporting (Google Analytics, HubSpot Reporting).
