Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our social media content calendar and strategy
  • Design and produce internal newsletters, event flyers, email, and web graphics
  • Own marketing initiatives for tradeshows, counter days, and internal events (some travel required)
  • Assist with internal communications and promotional content creation
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all content and channels
  • Manage Crawford-branded swag store and field requests for logoed merchandise
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the Crawford intranet site
  • Support marketing special projects areas as needed

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation
  • Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)
  • Experience designing digital and print collateral (e.g., flyers, email graphics, newsletters)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities when needed

Nice-to-haves

  • Event or tradeshow support experience is a plus
