The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key local, regional, and national media outlets, as well as freelancers and influencers
  • Conduct research to support PR campaigns, including marketing research, media monitoring, and competitive analysis
  • Crafting compelling creative strategies and campaign concepts
  • Executing promotional events and ad campaigns through multiple channels, such as social media (Wechat, Red Book, Facebook, Instagram), digital media, traditional media, and offline events
  • Analyzing campaign results (conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with peers and other stakeholders in the company in creating brand awareness
  • Develop, recommend, and execute marketing campaigns across various paid social platforms
  • Accountable for achieving customer acquisition goals through paid marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with major media platforms to create innovative and impactful marketing campaigns
  • Deep expertise in paid social media and driving e-commerce (direct response); experience with online-to-offline, app acquisition campaigns
  • An in-depth examination of the weekly performance, to understand trends, identify successes and opportunities, and forecast future channel performance
  • Supporting the execution of a broader marketing plan as assigned
  • Ideating for creatives and campaigns
  • Responsible for paid marketing customer acquisition
  • Own and further relationships with major media platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relationship & Corporate Communication, Marketing or relevant field
  • 1-year professional experience in Influencer Marketing
