The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Director in developing strategies and executing campaigns. This role involves a variety of marketing tasks and occasional support for other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with business development team to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing materials.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Support product development and communications.
Manage the website and social media to ensure content is current.
Plan and execute events for clients and prospects.
Participate in networking events to expand industry connections.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
Manage client recognitions and gifts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity about new and emerging technologies.
