About the position

The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Director in developing strategies and executing campaigns. This role involves a variety of marketing tasks and occasional support for other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with business development team to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Support product development and communications.
  • Manage the website and social media to ensure content is current.
  • Plan and execute events for clients and prospects.
  • Participate in networking events to expand industry connections.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
  • Manage client recognitions and gifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity about new and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal departments and key external contacts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
