About the position

Join Becton, Dickinson and Company in Vernon Hills, IL, for a Marketing Summer Internship, within our Peripheral Intervention BU, that promises an outstanding chance to create a significant impact! Support our Oncology platform, assist in a pivotal brand relaunch, and help develop commercial launch plans for an exciting new product.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement successful digital campaigns to improve outreach.
• Assist with website updates and collateral development to ensure our digital presence is up-to-date and engaging.
• Build compelling presentations and graphics to support our marketing initiatives.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events to ensure seamless execution.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and provide valuable insights.
• Research industry trends and competitors to keep our strategies competitive.
• Support and improve our social media presence to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field; recent graduates are also welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
• Attention to detail is key.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
