We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Technology & Platform Operations Programs Manager to oversee the systems, tools, and internal collaboration platforms that power our growing marketing organization. This role is essential in ensuring that our marketing technology stack supports business goals, enables team productivity, and fosters consistency across all internal and customer-facing platforms. As a foundational member of a rapidly maturing marketing function, this person will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, marketing, business partners, communications and with external vendors and partners to ensure our systems are governed, adopted, and continuously improved, while laying the groundwork for scalable martech growth.
