Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
• Maintain product quality standards and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain a clean and member-ready work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and ensure task completion.
