Responsibilities

• Provides medical social work to patients and families having emotional, social, environmental, and financial problems.
• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for the role.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the CSWE.
• Current Valid Driver's License.
• BLS Certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire date.
• Relevant experience in medical social work.
