About the position

The MEP Project Manager at Actalent is responsible for supervising and mentoring the design team while overseeing project design and implementation. This role involves engaging with clients, leading the project team from initiation to completion, and developing strong client relationships through high-quality service and project delivery. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in mechanical engineering and project management skills, particularly in MEP design, HVAC, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the assigned design team.
• Oversee project design and implementation.
• Engage with clients and lead the project team from start to finish.
• Develop client relationships through high-quality service and project delivery.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, mechanical engineering, design, MEP design, MEP engineering, HVAC design, plumbing design, and electrical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Bluebeam and mechanical design.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of California.
