About the position

The Multi Care Technician position at Havasu Regional Medical Center is designed to support nursing staff by performing various patient care activities, acting as a certified nursing assistant, unit clerk, and monitoring cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing unit and providing quality care to patients under the supervision of healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff by performing basic patient care activities.
• Act as a certified nursing assistant and unit clerk.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry.
• Perform various duties related to the assigned nursing unit in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.
• Report to the departmental unit manager/director.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• AZ CNA license on hire or LNA license required.
• Competency in EKG Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment are required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a stressful environment.

Nice-to-haves
