About the position

We are seeking participants for a LIVE Mock Trial event in Layton, Utah. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in being part of a legal simulation, with no prior experience required. The event will take place on November 22nd, 2024, and participants will be compensated at a rate of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a live mock trial event.
• Follow instructions provided by the organizers during the trial.
• Provide feedback and insights based on the mock trial experience.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Utah.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Cannot have worked for a personal injury law firm in the past.
• Cannot have a felony record.
• Must not have participated in a Feller & Wendt focus group in the past 2 years.
