About the position

CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers. As the Programmatic Offsite Product Manager, you will own and drive the development, execution, and continuous optimization of our programmatic offsite advertising products. This role is essential to expanding CMX's advertising offerings, enhancing user engagement, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, creative, sales, and data science-to bring new products to market and ensure our offsite ads perform to the highest standards in relevance, effectiveness, and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the development, execution, and continuous optimization of programmatic offsite advertising products.
  • Expand CMX's advertising offerings and enhance user engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective product management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, creative, sales, and data science.
  • Ensure offsite ads perform to the highest standards in relevance, effectiveness, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, with a focus on digital advertising, programmatic offsite, and AdTech.
  • 5+ years of technical proficiency in AdTech stack components, DSPs, SSPs, programmatic buying, and media measurement.
  • 5+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in handling large data sets to drive product insights and improvements.

  • Proactive in identifying and driving projects forward independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and resolve complex conflicts.

  • Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
