About the position

The Operations Analyst at PracticeTek will lead critical initiatives and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational effectiveness within the Customer Success organization. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering strategic projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst will provide data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement, ultimately serving as a trusted partner to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Collect and analyze data related to customer success operations to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data modeling techniques to create models, charts, and graphs that effectively communicate complex data sets to business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements through data analysis.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the executive leadership team to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with various stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on initiatives progress to stakeholders, addressing issues and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, operations, and/or business analysis, with a proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, techniques, and software, including advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce).
  • Experience with Salesforce and other Customer Success software systems is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, SaaS, or technology environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to think strategically, align projects with organizational goals, and make decisions that contribute to overall business success.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage projects across various industries and domains.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and emerging analytics techniques.
  • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare, SaaS, or technology environment is preferred but not required.
