About the position

The Operations Team Leader at Primo Brands is responsible for overseeing route drivers and deliveries, ensuring efficient branch operations, and leading a team to achieve peak performance. This role emphasizes strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a focus on improving productivity within the branch.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all branch operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning.
• Improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results.
• Support the team with decisions and provide assistance as needed.
• Communicate and actively participate within the team, managing conflict and providing coaching.
• Train new hires and coach team members on upselling techniques.
• Ensure safety by operating vehicles responsibly and completing required documentation.
• Support daily branch closing activities and conduct driver execution reviews.
• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching.
• Collaborate with the Operational Leader to develop strategies for improved customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement (preferred).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the last 3 years with no major offenses.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing a team (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI (preferred).
