About the position

The Master's-Level Clinician in Outpatient Services at Behavioral Health Network is responsible for providing high-quality outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, couples, and families. This role involves delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and via telehealth. Clinicians will maintain a caseload, participate in clinical meetings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans and measure progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients across the lifespan.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training.
• Maintain a caseload of clients and participate in clinical team meetings.
• Formulate collaborative treatment plans and measure progress toward outcomes.
• Coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide services in various settings including clinics, homes, schools, and via telehealth.
• Participate in supervision and receive guidance toward independent licensure.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required prior to start date).
• Independent Licensure OR License-Eligible and working toward Independent Licensure (required).
• Massachusetts CANS certification (required prior to start date).
• Experience providing clinical services with children, adolescents, and/or adults (required).
• Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques (required).
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR), internet, word processing, and email systems (required).

Nice-to-haves

• Internship or professional experience in an Outpatient setting (preferred).
• Availability to provide services on some Saturdays (preferred).
