About the position

The Packaging Seller position at BradyPLUS is focused on establishing and maintaining a profitable customer base within the Industrial Packaging Vertical in the Boise, Idaho region. The role emphasizes developing relationships with strategic multi-location large volume accounts and implementing value-added selling practices to enhance the company's national presence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior executives to develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Ensuring and maintaining profitable growth in sales and revenue through strategic account management.
  • Implementing BradyPLUS's strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and strengthen national presence.
  • Working with the customer base to promote packaging automation and innovation with equipment offerings.
  • Managing a sales territory to maximize sales and profit revenues, meeting or exceeding corporate goals.
  • Ongoing training to ensure best-in-class product and market knowledge.
  • Promoting organizational directives and understanding customer needs in relation to these directives.
  • Developing specific plans for long and short-term growth.
  • Educating customers on the BradyPLUS Value Added Account Strategy process through presentations and case studies.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Attending sales training, seminars, and other meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • BS Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or account manager.
  • Sales competencies with large volume, multi-location account base.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization and customer base.
  • Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in Industrial Packaging preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout Boise, Idaho and surrounding regions.
