As a Barista at the Exchange on Peterson AFB, you will provide customers with handcrafted, quality beverages while creating an inviting community atmosphere. This role emphasizes customer connection in a fun, fast-paced environment, ensuring that every customer has an extraordinary experience while shopping.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register.
• Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation.
