About the position

We are seeking a reliable Painter to join our team, responsible for painting, caulking, and restoring various surfaces in residential and commercial settings primarily in Charlotte and Lee Counties. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting but we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting duties including surface preparation, applying paint, and finishing touches
• Utilize paint spraying techniques for efficient painting
• Execute industrial painting projects with precision
• Handle commercial painting tasks to meet client specifications
• Assist in renovating and restoring properties to high standards

Requirements

• Familiarity with industrial painting techniques preferred
• Proficiency in paint spraying methods preferred
• Ability to caulk, restore, build, and renovate surfaces effectively
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision
