About the position

The Part Time Key Holder at Cotton On Twelve Oaks Mall is responsible for supporting the store's operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Support the store team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards.
• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
