About the position

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a combination of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Blacksburg, Virginia. The role emphasizes client accessibility, integrity, and quality care, supporting clinicians to focus on their expertise. The practice is clinician-founded and operates nationally, aiming to help individuals lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions.
• See a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
• Maintain self-guided determination to complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Participate in case consultation groups and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients with integrity, honesty, and adaptability.

Requirements

• Must possess an independent license in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
• Candidates must be licensed and residing in Virginia.
• Willingness to see couples and/or children as a Behavioral Health Generalist.
