About the position

The Parts & Accessory Sales Associate at Motorcycles of Manchester is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases in the Parts & Accessory department. This role involves maintaining an organized sales floor, managing inventory, and driving sales while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Sales of Jerseys, Pants, Helmets, Jackets, Boots, T-Shirts, Accessories, & Powersports Hard parts.
• Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking merchandise, ensuring displays are appealing, and managing inventory levels.
• Process customer orders both over the phone and in-store.
• Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly sales environment.
• Detail orientation
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.

Nice-to-haves

• Powersports dealership or relevant experience is a plus.
• Lightspeed DMS experience preferred for inventory management.
• Knowledge of market trends relevant to the products being sold.
