We’re looking for a highly creative and data-minded Performance Marketing Designer who specializes in designing full funnel creative from ads to landing pages optimized for conversion. This role blends design thinking, brand storytelling, and conversion-optimized strategy to visuals and create paid media assets that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will work closely with the Growth, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and Product Design teams to create high-impact creative for digital ad campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating high-performing landing pages, ad creative, and other visual assets that directly impact conversions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, performance, and user psychology. We’re looking for someone with an advertising-first mindset—who understands how creative decisions affect sales. You have a process for designing websites that convert, a portfolio full of proof, and you're fluent in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
