AffiniPay is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will focus on the strategy and execution of digital programs across multiple channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting our products and supporting lead generation activities via SEM, paid social, campaign planning, coordinating media partnerships and reporting. This position will report to the Performance Marketing Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate has a creative and analytical mind with the ability to plan, complete, and optimize performance marketing programs. We have multiple brands under our AffiniPay brand that will allow you to get creative, while engaging with very professional niche industries.

Responsibilities

  • Support performance marketing activities including, but not limited to, SEM, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, and ad sponsorships
  • Coordinate ad placements and sponsorships across various industry media partnerships
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Biz Ops to measure, monitor, and report campaign performance - following prospects from their initial engagement, to opportunity, to close
  • Measure and report performance across performance marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Balance improving processes and tools while meeting ongoing lead and closed account goals
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed
  • Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role creating performance marketing efforts for B2B/tech, proven success with industry-standard metrics
  • Experience managing or coordinating media with partners, publishers, or sponsorship platforms
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with performance dashboards and reporting
  • Experience in the development of advertising campaigns and execution of SEM, paid social, programmatic, video, retargeting, display, and other media buys
  • Experience working in SEM platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social platforms (i.e. Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Quora, and Reddit Ads)
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or similar tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment with staff at all levels, giving and accepting constructive feedback, and adapting quickly to changing requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
