About the position

MemorialCare Medical Group (MCMG) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician for their Laguna Hills clinic. This outpatient-only practice offers a supportive environment with access to a wide range of specialists across multiple locations. The role includes a manageable patient load and opportunities for professional growth and partnership within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients in a family medicine setting.
• Manage an average of 18-21 patients per day.
• Participate in urgent care call requirements, including one holiday shift per year.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management.
• Engage in mentoring and wellness programs for professional development.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification.
• Valid medical license to practice in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Epic EMR system.
