About the position
Bosch is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support the fulfillment of Sia Product within our warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely order preparation, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of accountability and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack Sia Product accurately according to order specifications.
- Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs., with occasional team lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Operate manual pallet jacks regularly; use powered industrial trucks (PIT) as needed.
- Perform product verification and quality control checks prior to shipment.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and movements.
- Assist with cycle counting, inventory management, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment and cycle counting strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus.
- Experience using warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Forklift certification preferred; Forklift training available if not certified.
