Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Manage and lead a team of employees, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs while maximizing productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments such as FSQA, Engineering, and R&D to optimize operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve plant performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in dairy manufacturing or similar food production environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
