About the position

As a Porter at RWB Thrift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized work environment by managing supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading items, managing waste, and overseeing supply organization, all while providing excellent support to the production staff.

Responsibilities

• Transport items between departments and assist with supply movement as needed
• Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of the production staff to accelerate their workflow

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a similar role
• Bilingual skills, especially in English and Spanish
