The EngThrive Insights team is responsible for understanding the developer experience. Our mission is to deliver insights that enable Microsoft to be the best place to work as an engineer, where it is fast and easy to do great work. As a Principal Fullstack Engineer, you will own the design and development of scalable, high-impact software systems that power insights into engineering productivity and experience. You’ll work across the stack—from backend data platforms to frontend interfaces—collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver seamless, data-rich experiences.
