As a Principal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.

  • Architect and design remote testing infrastructure.
  • Design and implement hardware and software for small-footprint automation devices including embedded systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for remote lab evolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement of lab infrastructure, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to track lab performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop resolution strategies.
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot, LLM-based assistants, and other AI tools to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and drive innovation in automation and tooling.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (required).
  • Hands-on experience in hardware design and debugging with Raspberry Pi or other embedded devices (required).
  • Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and network engineering.
  • Extensive experience in system architecture and automation platforms.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Experience with consumer electronics platforms (Smart TV, Set Top Box, Streaming devices).
  • Full stack (front/backend) application/software development experience.
  • Experience with multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
