About the position

As a Product Business Analyst, you will join our Product team and support a suite of strategic platform enhancements to drive scalability, efficiency, and risk reduction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and design teams to deep-dive into product, process, and technical structures to ensure that business requirements are well-defined, tracked, and executed. Your ability to define and document solutions effectively will be critical in delivering high-quality product features that align with business goals. This role offers the unique opportunity to directly impact our ability to scale our product offerings to a more prominent partner base.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze multiple work streams for key product enhancements, ensuring requirements are gathered, defined, and documented
  • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to document and analyze workflows, processes, and technical structures
  • Use data analytics and metrics to assess success and identify opportunities for process improvements that align with strategic goals
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for each work stream, and translate them into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows
  • Facilitate working groups with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to gather input feedback and sign off on requirements
  • Write test cases to ensure development aligns with expected functionality and can be validated
  • Support product owners in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing work streams, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet key milestones
  • Assist in production releases by working closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure that all functional releases align with acceptance criteria
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform work stream prioritization and ensure the product meets market demands

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst or in a similar role, intensely focused on documenting requirements and solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to analyze, define, and document, ensuring that business needs are communicated and executed across functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills, perform data analysis to identify trends, detect anomalies, and validate assumptions, using insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, able to identify areas of opportunity for scale efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress to Product Owners
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar to track and manage analysis deliverables
