About the position

We are currently seeking a Product Communications Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective communication strategies around our product offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate communication plans for product launches and updates
  • Write and edit product messaging, FAQs, technical sheets, and internal briefs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure accurate product representation
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns tied to product initiatives
  • Maintain product documentation and communication guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts
  • Assist in managing product training content for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product communications, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex product details into clear and engaging content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
