About the position

Join Our Team as a Plant Controller at Epiroc! The Product Company Controller is responsible for the income statement and balance sheet accuracy for the entity. The Product Company Controller shall challenge business, drive controlling, and act as a right hand to the General Manager. The business controller manages operational risks and sets adequate internal controls (with the general manager). The business controller shall ensure administrative responsibility (e.g., tax and statutory auditing) in the legal entity, including Code of Conduct compliance. Responsibilities

  • Manage the Plan to Perform process within Finance and coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Monitor and verify the financial performance of the entity and be the owner of the balance sheet, income statement, and relevant KPIs.
  • Cost and Inventory analysis focus and take proactive actions and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the audit process in the local site.
  • Participate in projects and internal audits.
  • Be an active member of the management team and a co-pilot to the general manager.
  • Provide pro-active business support towards the organization within Financial Control.
  • Communicate with the managers about the financial performance and promote accountability and use of self-service BI-reports for financial follow-up.
  • Risk management and raise red flags when needed, including ownership of contingency planning.
  • Safeguard internal controls and compliance.
  • Provide financial training to the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Company Controller.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3 and/or Infor Syteline.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.
